What to put on my Nexus One?

The Nexus One has run out of space, so I had to replace it as my phone. But I prefer to carry an MP3 player only when I go on my weekend walks. But I would also like to have maps of the local area, in case I get lost or need to know the quickest way to the other side of this city block.

So any recommendations on what to put on my Nexus One, that will allow me to have space to load MP3s and have map data?

Why don't you just load all of your MP3's on the microSD card? That would optimize the internal storage available for other things like map data.

The mp3s are on the sd card. Far as I can tell, I can't access the internal memory. Unfortunately, Maps only saves to internal memory, which is full.

Anyway, part of the point of this is to run a different version of Android. I almost always have a Linux distro installed on my desktops.

U can access the internal memory just download a file explorer like astro or es file manager.
