What version is this clockwork mod - I would have asked if in XDA, but I'm too "new" and "probably don't know what I'm talking about". A bit distasteful if you ask me...

That is the latest version. DO NOT CLICK THE FLASH CLOCKWORK RECOVERY tab in Rom Manager. You will have to reinstall update.zip. You are good to go as is.
