Has it? Well my first mobile phone was a Samsung something....loved it. Then my first smartphone was a Nokia Lumia 520....loved that. Seemed like magic, almost. I think I enjoyed phones more then, than at any time since. It was all discovery.

My first phone was a MicroTAC - a huge Motorola thing (about 25 years ago). Still have 2 of them out in the shop, and they'd still work if there was an analog cellphone network.

I had a Bag Phone at around the same time. (That was a phone in a small bag, like an overnight bag.)

Before that I had MTS (that's going back to about 1970) and IMTS phones (you could dial calls instead of yelling for the operator) in my car.

Then many phones later... first smartphone.... Treo 600!

Yeah! I also had one of these. Late 80's I think, because I know I had a cellphone before I had a motorcycle, and I bought the bike in 1990.

$15/mo, baby! Those were the days! Tried to fit all my calls in after 9pm, because that was non-prime and I had more minutes.

Eventually I took the phone out of the bag and permanently mounted it in my car with a cradle.

My first phone was a nokia something, I forgot the model but it had a keypad. It had the little snake game and I thought it was cool. Then I got my first smartphone, a BlackBerry Bold 9000. Loved that phone.

I had an old school Nextel flip phone. My first smart phone was the Samsung Galaxy S2 (BlackBerrys do not count I assume?). I had several Nokia phone between 2004 and 2008 and loved every single one. The Nokia e61i might still be my favorite phone of all time.

Yep, had that one too. Along with the extended battery. Amazing what we thought was "portable" back then.
My Nokia phase was the 232. Even had to have it special ordered because there were none stocked anywhere near me. That was a great phone.

My first phone was back in 2004 l, was a Motorola flip phone. A flat grey color. So ugly. My first smartphone was a HTC, the one that came with a stylus lol. Although I do miss having my old Samsung (flip with a red cover) so basic but it never let me down!
