What Would Cause My Benchmark Scores to Go Down?

My Galaxy S4 used to produce much higher benchmarks on Antutu and a couple other benchmark apps. I'd say my scores have decreased by about 25%. I'm not a benchmark freak, but I interpret this as my phone losing performance which I don't want to happen. Any thoughts?
