What wrong with ss glx s2

I HAVE TMOBILE SAMSUNG S2 LAST SATURDAY .TODAY VERY disappointed WITH THE SCREEN ISSUES .
WHEN I TAPED I FG ON IT AND TRY TO MOVE UP AND DOWN A WEBPAGE OR A PICTURE THE BLUE DISPLAY TOP, BOTTOM ,LEFT, RIGHT

You should check the CAP LOCKS key on your keyboard. You seems to have it REVERSED =)

The blue shade is just to signal you that's the end of the web page, can't be scroll further.
