What's a better case for M8

Supcase unicorn beetle is a very nice case at an awesome price.

I have a Slim Armor Spigen case and it's pretty fantastic. It not only protects the phone, but it doesn't make it fat so it slides easily into your pocket. It also has a perfect cut-out for both cameras unlike other cases I've tried which partially cover either the top one or the middle one. The only complaint I may have about the case is that it makes the device much heavier, but that's due to its several coatings and layers which is pretty good for protection. 9/10.

I went UAG, slate blue. I am very happy - fits perfect, buttons work, IR works, etc.

If you are going to cover up this sexy phone with an ugly case, it might as well be milspec!

I grabbed the Casemate Tough case. Nice tight 2 piece design with great protection, great texture and nice button design. IR works.

I've had otterbox on my last three phones (og evo, evo lte and one m7). I like the supcase better. Just my opinion though in the end you gotta be happy with it.

I like Spigen cases, they do the job well without being too bulky.
If you are not into ultra heavy weight category of cases and like slim TPU cases I prefer Diztronic, Poetic, Bugdroid and Nillkin in that order.

First case I bought was the Spigen and the build and quality is top notch, only thing I didn't like was how it felt in the hand and the smugges it left since I had a black one. I recently purchased the UAG since I found a good deal and really like the one I had for my M7. The build quality in the UAG isn't as good as the Spigen because the camera cuts outs are very slightly off a bit. The advantage for me is how it feels in my hand which IMO is better the Spigen (I think having a flat back versus the curved back makes a difference). Overall I think you'd be happy with either case, both don't add a ton of bulk and will protect your phone.

Chalk me up as another spigen slim armor. I got the gunmetal grey to match my phone and I must say imo it is the nicest looking case for this phone. It protects fairly well, adds only minor bulk.

Only negative is it blocks the Ir blaster, however I modified mine to make it work.

Would you mind telling me what you used in order to do that? I would like to modify mine if it's not too much of a hassle because I'm not a very handy person when it comes to such things.

The ir blaster is located in the power button, so I used an exacto knife to cut the power button cover off. It makes the power button a little more difficult to get at but since I use the motion gesture of the screen to wake the phone up it doesn't bother me, I just had to get accustomed to depressing a little harder on the power button to turn the screen off (or you can install the app that allows you to turn the screen off by tapping on it with three fingers)

Just quoting you so you'll get the notification, forgot to above.

Thank you so much. I actually hate the power button cover because it's annoying and difficult to press. I have ViperOne installed and I can set the three-finger tap to do anything, including turning the screen off, so I guess I'll be attempting that. Thanks again!
