ROM: Liberated Aria FR Series - Now with Froyo - xda-developers

There's also an Eclair version if you don't want Froyo (for some ridiculous reason).

I agree with ls377. I've been using liberated froyo for about a week now and love it. It's based on the HTC Gratia ROM (the upcoming European version of the Aria)so it still has Sense on it.

Another great ROM is CyanogenMod6, though I've never tried it myself.

CM6 is great if you're looking to customize your device more, but it lacks Sense.
