I am using what's app buisness. I have above 400 group. I clear my chats from all groups in one go. WhatsApp settings>>chat >> chat history>> clear all chats.
There were lakhs of messages. After few hours something unknown happened and chats deletion stops. When I reopen what's app then I found that only very few what's app group were visible rest all groups were coming with their blank name. What's app is too slow. Some time I got message from one or too group.
In background notification it shows deleting messages. This background notification appears every time when I open what's app.
Kindly help me me and let me know the safe method to solve this problem. I don't want to lost my what's app groups because I m using for my buisness.
