What's everyone's favorite ROM for DL09?

I would leave out steps 4-6 there and boot up and see if the problem is still there.

If you end up in FC hell there is a sticky thread here that will walk you thru how to fix it.
Its a bit of a stickler and annoying as all hell but once your forced to go thru it a could times its not so bad and can be done in under 10min.

Keep an eye out for Adrynalyne's ROM's if you like a stock type ROM without all the bloat. All the others caused me grief in one way or the other. In fact his pre OTA DL09 ROM was the best ROM I ever used and had zero issues.

Yeah Adrynalyne is the ****. He's the only reason my fascinate hasn't performed double duty as a boat anchor.

If you see battery issues with Adrynalyne's 12/30 kernel, try JT's 12/30. Pretty much the same thing but Adrynalyne tweaked his a little - undervolted I believe. My phone did not like it. I saw increased battery life with Adrynalyne's 12/30 vs. JT's 12/30. Should have been the same setup too. I have had issues with all UV kernels though...

I will say that I have not wiped at all though. This is my history

I have had a few themes in there as well. Been lucky I guess but I think most of these roms are pretty much the same. At least that is what I tell myself

I like it because it gives me the least bloat an I only install what I want/need.

Going through Koasinate once GPS, Camera, and Wi-Fi is working.

Actually, jt's is slightly newer code, but mine is undervolted more, so its a trade off.

Running super smooth and I'm tottally happy with it over DJ05 so far.
GPS seems to lock even faster then DJ05 did..

battery life: unplugged at 7am and plugged back in at 11:30pm with medium to heavy use thru out the day. 24% of the battery was unused for the day. (So I used 76% in 16 and a half hours)

issues:
? music popping (only when i'm IN PowerPro's app-NO popping if i'm controling PowerPro thru widgets)
? mounts as CD-rom drive unless I do the tethered reboot trick)

I still dont have an answer for the cd rom drive, and if I ever do, you will probably have to leave the SF kernels.

The audio popping on his kernels can be cured with raising your minimum cpu speed to 200mhz.

Glad to hear that your at least concerned with trying to figure out a cure. I have no loyalty to any kernel. I'm constantly bouncing around trying different combinations. Still have to try many kernels since I've gotten DL09. SF kernel was just my starting point.

I would raise the min cpu speed to 200mhz but it eats thru battery faster then I like since I use the music player alot throughout the day.
Its mostly an issue inside the music player itself. Most other screens barely have it and there is no pop at all if the screen is off while the music is playing.
