So i get into work this morning and DL the free app of the day from Amazon. After that i decided to create a folder for all my Amazon Apps to clean up my screens a little bit and as soon as i created the folder my phone started to restart (nothing new with my phone.) but it didn't restart like normal. Instead it loops through the Eye and the name Droid over and over and over again.... Do i need to perform a factory reset?

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Did you pull the battery. Did you go bootloader and clear cache? If those things don't work you may be looking at a wipe.

i pulled the battery and it would act like it was working then reset again. i just did a wipe... going to be a long day setting up a years worth of crap again.

Sorry about that. Its does suck, I've had to do it before myself. One of the few times I miss my blackberry where you didnt have to root or anything to make a full backup of your phone and replace and reload whitout any problems.

I suggest investing into Titanium if rooted or MyBackup if not, this will simplify a hard reset process.

So i got everything up and running and now i can not DL anything new in the Market (tried MyBackup) or in the Amazon Store. It keeps telling me there was an issue with my SD card but when I originally started setting up the phone everything DL fine. Now nothing will DL. I saw a thread on the forums about this and i tried each step that was suggested and it did not work. I keep getting the error message that reads "Could not Download on USB Storage or SD Card."

Can any ones help, im beginning to get frustrated with this phone...

Sounds like you have a corrupt file on the SD card or the SD card itself is corrupt. So I would backup all your files on SD to your PC and reformat the card, see if that helps. If it does then re introduce files back on to your SD one at a time until you find the culprit.
