what's Internet sync mean?

When I go to settings and accounts, pick Samsung or Google it shows my Internet is sync? What does that mean and where is it syncing too?

Are you talking about all of the services that sync in your Google account? Where you can check them on or off? I'm guessing Internet is the stock browser, and syncing allows you to sync your Chrome bookmarks to the stock browser. At least, that's what I've seen in other devices.
