What's the best way to display MLB At Bat from phone to dumb TV?

I've been trying to figure out the best way to get MLB At Bat from my rooted LG G4 to display on my dumb TV. I don't have cable TV so I assume I need to spoof an international location on my phone in order to watch postseason games. Will MLB At Bat streams show up if I were to use a slimport adapter? Or will games stream over Miracast (to an Amazon Fire TV stick, for instance)? I don't have any adapters or dongles so I'd like to know if anybody has successfully used either with At Bat before buying something.
