What's the difference between Hong Kong s9+ and USA s9+

[Android Central Question]

I want to get the S9+ dual sim but I'm being told it's in Hong Kong version and may not be able to upgrade the OS. Please advice

Different processor and supported bands. For the US you need the 960U model, not the Europe/Global version
