Usually I don't really show people anything; they just pick up the phone and start fawning over it

Live wallpaper with the stock weather widget, especially if it is during a thunder storm.

I show the browser speed especially if I'm showing bb people.

Usually the leap feature, goggles, barcode scanner (surprisingly they love it), and speech searches; non-android users are typically enthralled by speech-to-text services.
