What's this little warning mean?

Hola amigos. My girlfriend has a Hero and a question. This render she drew is what the phone displayed today and we're not entirely sure what it means. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure this is something about the SD card. Try doing this:

Go To Settings -> SD card & phone storage -> Unmount SD card

Then, remove the card completely from the phone and put it back in. Wait a few seconds while the phone reads it and see if the message disappears. Post back what happens.
