What's this triangle symbol?

Heres a new one... Every once in a while I get this triangle logo at the top of my screen next to the WiFi symbol. Its only there for a few seconds and then disappears.
What does it mean? Is it mal-ware related or have anything to do with my weak cellular signal?

Looks like you're on a G5. Is that right? Triangles usually are either "system error" or "sync failure", but it's hard to tell without any additional info.

I do believe that is the symbol for Roaming.
You should check your data settings that might help you out.
