Ok I bought a case over a week ago. They took my money and gave me a confirmation number said they will notify me when it ships. The case now does not say pre order any more but I still have no shipping info and no way to call their customer care. I will give them till I get my one in a couple days then do a charge back on my cc and buy from someone else if this is such a messed up process. Has anyone else experienced this type of experience with them?
