What's up with spigen?

Ok I bought a case over a week ago. They took my money and gave me a confirmation number said they will notify me when it ships. The case now does not say pre order any more but I still have no shipping info and no way to call their customer care. I will give them till I get my one in a couple days then do a charge back on my cc and buy from someone else if this is such a messed up process. Has anyone else experienced this type of experience with them?

If you talking about the "Thin Air" case then Amazon is reporting it won't be in stock with them till the 22nd.. but i don't know if that also applies to Spigen site

Why isn't there a date that I can find out any way to confirm this from spigen? They take my money with no info on when I can expect delivery

I bought this case off of Amazon on 4/9. My order details show that the case is shipping on the 17th but who knows. Spigen makes some great stuff but they sure have been sloppy with their HTC One accessories. I was hoping I'd receive the case before I received my phone...

I purchased their screen protectors same day as the case. I never got any confirmation, just paypal info. The screen protectors showed up last Friday. Still waiting on the case.
