What's wrong with my battery graph?

Yep, have had it since May 28th and have not seen it. My model is H811 (T-Mobile).

Think I should exchange mine too. Tomorrow will be my 14th day and I'm flying out to Florida. So if anything I have to do it tonight. If not for this battery issue then for the screen flickering. But it hasn't happened since Tuesday I think? Or Wednesday morning I can't remember.

I would not hesitate to take it back. You have had too many problems that don't seem normal.

I'd exchange it.

Going through the exchange process right now. Since only a select few had this problem I didn't think it would be software related and I don't want faulty hardware

Went to the Verizon store this evening and they told me I'd have to wait 45 minutes for a rep. So I went home called up tech support and had them order me a new one. Only problem is they have to charge me a "tax" of $38 that I'm supposed to pay upfront. Since I'm going to Florida tomorrow and funds are low I couldn't pay that. But he said there's no charge at the store. He marked it in my account to just hand me a brand new phone. So back to them I go at 930am! And at least I'll have the new phone and I can set it up on the plane!
