Was having problems with my Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 tablet recently. The battery was losing power and it wouldn't charge. Noticed I had damaged the USB port. Recently purchased another battery and USB cable to replace them. Installed them and charged the battery. Turned tablet on and immediately the battery power started to drain. And tablet wouldn't turn on without power cable plugged in. Once I got tablet to turn on I noticed the error message that battery power was incredibly low, even though it had just been charged.
Took battery out and checked everything, again. Plugged in power cable. Now my tablet doesn't boot. The screen shows battery icon then switches to Galaxy Tab 4 logo screen. When battery icon shows it doesn't show it charging, it's just the battery icon itself. It just goes back and forth between the two screens, doesn't fully boot. If I unplug the power cable and try to turn on the tablet, nothing at all happens.
What's the problem? How can I fix this???
