Whats wrong with my Note 3

[AC Question]

okay so basically after my software update all kinds of things have been happening to my phone
battery drains way to quick like 5% in 10 minutes (with out me using it)
everythings delayed after i click it
i cant download apps
when i press the home button once, that thing that shows all your active apps shows up (the one that shows up if you hold down the home button)
the list goes on.
what do i do????? help

Factory reset should help. But make sure to do a backup of your phone first.

Before you do the factory reset, try clearing the system cache partition, which is a little less drastic. You won't lose any personal data, and it can sometimes resolve issues that arise after a system update. Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 | T-Mobile Support
