Whats wrong with my phone?

I dropped my phone once on my school floor, and the screen is inoperative. I get on my bus and it starts showing blue/pink colors, and now is all black. The phone will turn on, but not corporate, and I can't see the screen at all. The lights will show at the bottom, and the LCD light shows blue.
