What's wrong with my phone?

[Android Central Question]

Yesterday, when I went to install an app, my phone restarted and all my contacts were deleted. My phone had logged me out of all the apps, and the only button on the bottom of the screen that works is the back button. It doesn't install or update apps or notify me from apps. What do I do?
