Question Whatsapp extra fake notification

Hi everyone,
I just moved from Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to S 24 Ultra, every time I get a new notification on whatsapp I get an extra notification from a contact who did NOT send me anything, which can't be marked as read on notification bar, I tried deleting that contact it appears with a different contact, I searched the web for solution to this but it seems that no one got the same problem, I transferred my chat history with backup on google drive, I tried resetting all the settings, re installing the app, clear app cach, refreshed the contact list, noting worked, it started to annoy me, any suggestions?

Yes, it didn't work.

The 1st name that's the true message, the 2nd name in Arabic that's not a real message.

What does it look like if you expand that notification, and then tap specifically on the Arabic one?
