Hi, this is a brand new tablet 4 8 model, and the microphone is almost mute when recording WhatsApp voice messages, works fine in cellular phone calls and a third party voice recorder app!
I tried the following:
Choosing different audio profiles - Uninstall whatsapp - Clear app cache - Wipe cache partition - Hard Reset - updated to the latest version
And nothing seemed to work!
I searched for solutions regarding audio record volume change but I can't find any way to open engineering mode..codes do nothing..enabling developer mode and google store apps didn't work to even find engineering mode!
I followed all the steps from these sites with no luck
Contacted Lenovo and Whatsapp who just pointed the blame at each other without any help!
Please help!
