Whatsapp notification not working

[Android Central Question]

I have chinese phone phillips s562z using android 6.0.

Whatsapp notification not showing up when phone is lock or when i clear the memory.

I have try everything, from set notification, turn off battery optimation, set permission, turn off doze mode, reinstall whapsapp, install PNF no root, etc. Nothing works.

When i clear memory , i see there is no whatsapp active service in the developer option>running service. But when i'm not clear memory, whatsapp notification working only when phone is not lock/idle.

I found something, whatsapp notification come out when i open google playstore, and click share button.

Any idea how that happens?
