Mine was manufactured 7/22/19 in Korea.

In the US, probably in 1989 or 1990 (I'm too lazy to go out to the detached] garage to look). It's a Motorola MicroTAC 950. (I've been at this for a short time, less than the 62 years I've been in electronic communications.)

Interesting app. The app says my S9 is made in Vietnam. Battery Health at 94.8%. Does this mean my battery health is declining since it doesn't show 100% ??

Under "Refurbishment Check" (at top left menu), I get a pop-up message that says "Congratulations! your phone is ORIGINAL. NOTE: Manufacturing Date does not match with the Serial Number."

By the way, this app has pop-up advertisements.

Hmm, I'm not liking all the many pop-up ads, plus the many annoying alerts asking for permissions for access to my phone. I un-installed the app.
