Well, I haven't gotten my email or text from Samsung yet, but I went and checked my UPS app and it appears I've joined the group of people who will be receiving their phones on Friday.

It says "signature required" which leads me to believe it's the phone, not just a box of accessories. Also, it notes like with the other shipments people have been reporting about, that it's coming via 2nd Day Air. Hoping for the Friday delivery as I'm just working remotely from home that day. Will feel better once I get the official email from Samsung too.

Seems people from Texas getting movement. Makes sense since they're being warehoused close by. I'm in Florida. I got my tracking number but it hasn't been picked up yet. Probably not until the evening it gets its first scan.

i'm guessing that the closer a person lives to Texas, where Samsung's warehouse is, the faster s/he would receive theirs, right?

Me too, FL. Hasn't been picked up yet but got 1/26 date. Hopefully no weather or other delays or else that makes it Monday. I had an insurance check get delayed a day cause a flight left late.

I'll never understand Samsungs shipping lol. I ordered 15mins into the event and no update, no shipping information but my cards been charged lol. I'm guessing I'll either get it next week or I'll get a delay email.

Most likely we will all get it around the same time. They never go by order 1st in 1st out. I guess it is too much.

Pre Ordered on Samsung.com on launch day. Unlocked Light Blue Titanium 1TB.
I received a notification that it had a tracking #. Now it shows a date and time it will arrive. Jan 26th is my lucky day. Originally it was on Jan 31st.

I just looked in the UPS App and mine shows an origin scan in Arlington, TX. It shows delivery Friday 1/26 between 10:30 and 1:30PM.

Does ordering it through Verizon instead of Samsung change things? I ordered mine a few minutes into the event and have had no updates at all. I only live 30 minutes or so from Arlington so maybe it will update tomorrow since I am so close?

Just got second email from Samsung about trade in instructions. Return trade by 2/8.8. I get delivery usually from FedEx no tracking on FedEx Manager. Took a chance and looked at UPS I have track number in system expect delivery Friday 11-2pm Signature Required. Shipped 2nd day air.

Well Sammy playing the game again can't change deliver location to pickup at an access point or hub. So if my employee can't work my shop at the fleamarket Fri I'll have to stay home and be closed or hope it comes early and go in late but lose sales!

That used to be me back in the day when we had Sprint the warehouse was here and we have a UPS hub here too and I used to get my phones quicker than anybody.
