At one time they stopped using the live map because people tracked the truck, then would go trying to get their package before it got to their neighborhood.

my ups "live delivery map" is usually hit or miss if it works both on my phone app or on the laptop.... sometimes refreshing multiple times will bring it up but most of the time it just "spins" trying to load map

Oh wow I didn't know that. But that makes sense why they would stop using the feature if people were doing that.

Hah I have to admit I've done this once before, but not because I was impatient and couldn't wait the extra 2 hours. I had to leave town on work travel, so luckily, the live map turned out to be useful. He actually thanked me for saving him the trip later that day and for not having to carry 4 new tires lol.

Oh my...my delivery was changed from 930-130 to 1245-345. I doubt that it will even come today....the sheer confusion and pandemonium....I might as well plan on next week....

If it is on Truck, they should attempt. mine still says before 7PM, no delivery window. but he always shows up around lunch here at work.
