I did a live chat with Samsung and they verified no signature required. That's all that I needed to hear.In the order confirmation email it will state that you opted in.
not to disappoint you, but my order went from preorder to in process merely an hour or less from the time i placed my order. i think it simply means that the credit card went through smoothly!!My order changed from "PreOrder" to "In Process" LOL![]()

I only ordered mine 2 hours ago, already at waiting dispatch and cancel button disappeared. Hoping it comes early. Last year it was two weeks late!My cancel button disappeared this morning.

Mine usually comes fedex but there was an option when ordering to not require a signature. I didn't take that option....too riskyDoes Samsung still ship with FedEx? If so, do they require a signature? I'm trying to decide as to where to send my phone.
So it didn't work....go figure. Maybe it's there because some items don't require a signature but ordering a phone overrides it. Silly way of implementing a feature.There is an option to opt out of the signature on the the final checkout page. Its in bright blue, it's set for a signature by default, you can uncheck it. I missed it the on my first order, so I canceled my order. On my second order, i unchecked the box because in my situation, I'd rather not have to have a signature. When I clicked on the submit order button or whatever it said, the box automatically rechecked itself to require a signature, and the page went to the order place screen. Maybe you'd have better luck at it then I did.
That was a smart move!I saw 2 weeks longer to have it delivered to my house versus picking it up at Best Buy.
Samsung only ship from East to West, it's taking an extra week because of the Atlantic.so i checked again and again, yesterday and today, to see if my "cancel" button has disappeared from samsung.com's ordering page, as someone here mentioned that their cancel button is gone!!!
well, no such luck for me, unfortunately. my cancel button is still there even just now.
wonder why some people's cancel button is gone so early??
for those of us here in the US, we really don't understand why the UK folks are getting theirs ONE FULL WEEK before us! we are scheduled to get ours roughly on 1/31st, maybe a day or two earlier if we're lucky. but, the UK folks are actually SCHEDULED to get theirs on 1/24th! that's a full week earlier than us! strange, samsung!
