When can we expect the Galaxy S5 to launch?

The GS4 was announced in February 2013 and launched in April 2013 so about 2 months after the unveiling. So if they hold to that typical run time they should release it in April 2014. I know Samsung pushes their phones in more countries on more carriers at the same time but really why not get it rolling faster and over 2 months instead of dragging their feet?
