when composing in gmail, how do you yellow highlight a few words?

I want to send an email with some words highlighted in yellow for emphasis. Galaxy Note Edge w/ Android 5.0.1 Gmail version 5.10.112808100.release.

Hi, I don't think this is a feature that the stock email app or Gmail offers.
