That's my guess as well, Samsung has been ahead of schedule with upgrading a lot of devices to Android 10 so hopefully they keep up that momentum.

Are you sure? Last year for the Note 10+ I thought it was only unlocked.They stopped letting TMo users do it.

Last year's beta on the Note 10+ was extremely stable. I didn't have any issues with it.


On another note: the developer beta is already live for One UI 3.0 for the US and Korea.
