When do you think the Galaxy Note 4 will get the 5.1 update?

I am having issues with 5.0.1 on Note 4. Just got the unit back from Samsung and it is still running the same. Touchwiz UI services crashes less often than before. However, it is self restarting. Any idea if this is a Samsung issue or Verizon 5.0.1? Screen will freeze during restart and have to pull battery to operate normal. I have not experienced the inconsistent volume yet, but I anticipate at some point it will occur. Will rooting help me? How do I get Samsung to give me another unit under warranty? This behavior has been on KitKat and Lollipop.

You have to call Samsung back. There are certain times they will issue a new device. IIRC, it has to be repaired 3 times for the same issue, for a new device to be considered.
