with verizon cuz tmobile just takes to long with the updates and also the lte on tmobile here is non existant an i heard they have voice over lte that means i wont get phone calls if theres no lte

Didn't Verizon just release their update the same time as Tmo? And I guess it just depends where you live but the only place I get no signal is at home. With Wi-Fi calling that doesn't matter. I do however her over 50mgps and up to 76 throughout town so Verizon can't come close around here. It's rare for my friend with Verizon to get anything over 25mbps.

i thought verizon released it several weeks ago an here i get good lte at home but at the mall that whole area around it there is 0 lte

Verizon image was released (leaked?) but not the OTA. That was just recently

If timely updates are a priority for you, I recommend you get either a Nexus 6, iPhone 6 Plus, or an unlocked Moto X 2014.
