When I make or answer a phone call it connects but there is no sound Galaxy S4, what should I do?

when i make or answer a phone call it connects but there is no sound Galaxy s4

If i remove the battery it may work once or twice but then does the same thing again

Welcome to Android Central! Does it work normally on speakerphone, or wired/Bluetooth headsets?
