Could you give us more details? What app are you using, the Google app, Chrome or another browser? What error do you get? Your description was truncated in the title.

I'm not very tech-savy, but I think I'm using the Google app. The error message says, "unfortunately, Google search has stopped". I also lost my contacts when this happened and I kept getting messages that I had "low memory space". I do have an SD card in my phone (Alcatel One Touch Fierce), but I don't know what saves to the card and what saves to the phone. It looks like the phone reset to factory settings.
