Clearing cache etc didn't work for me either but I switched to my other Google account in Play Store and it did update.
Note: I was already logged into multiple accounts at the time the error came up.

"kindly uninstall update from Google Play Store..then try to install your app.. I hope this can resolve ur problem..."

When I uninstalled the update from the Google Play Store it seems that I am now able to proceed with my updates.

Open goggle play. Select my apps. Select all. Press the x in the top right hand corner of the apps you don't have installed. Delete about 10 ( or just clear up the whole mess). Install the app that gives you the 194 error. All done.

few days ago i had faced the same issue. So I searched over the internet and finally got a working solution. In order to fix this issue try clearing cache and data of Google Play Store.

Error 194 is frustrating a lot of users lately. Basic solutions like clearing cache is not useful in this case. So, some other extended solutions to fix Google Play Store Error 194 is switching your internet connection and uninstalling Google Play Store Updates.
