When I turn on the bluetooth and connect to my speaker it knocks off the wifi

When the wifi is on in my phone and I connect to my bluetooth speaker after a while it disconnects my phone from my wifi network but doesn't actually turn off the wifi. Has any one else experienced this problem or is it just my speaker

Yes I also had this problem for a long time. It developed after about 6 months of use. However, this was using the 2.4ghz frequency and it works fine on the 5ghz frequency.

Additionally, after a device wipe everything is back to normal again for me and it works on both as it should.

I was frustrated because I am a Pebble user and basically could not use it at home if I wanted to use wifi or wifi direct.
