When I turn screen on , Media volume will go to Mute state

I had connected my galaxy note 4 to a Bluetooth speaker and I was playing music , and I was taking pictures at the same time (when you take photos , media volume goes lower ) . I went out of the house (without turning BT off) and after that , I have this problem : When I turn the screen on , media volume goes mute and when I press Volume up Button , it gets back to previous value . But in the Safe Mode it doesn't happen . How can I fix that ? Any answers would be greatly appreciated .

Welcome to Android Central! If a problem doesn't happen in Safe Mode, that usually means something you installed is causing the issue. Unfortunately, if you don't already have some suspicion for a certain app, you may just have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
