When I use my finger on the toch screen it won't work.

When I try to tap something on the screen with my finger, it clicked something in the totally opposite direction. Like it's not synchronized or something. For example, I would try to click the exit button in the top right hand corner but instead it clicked the windows button in the bottom left hand corner. I use tablet mode a lot and would like to be able to use my touch screen.

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet do you have? Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? If so, then there might be a problem with the digitizer or its connection, which would require a trip to the repair shop.
