When I want to click I have to tap then double click

When I want to click a blue box comes around the thing I want to click and I have to double tap this means I cant play Pokémon Go as I cant put my birthday in a it just vibrates and nothing happens. Any idea how to fix it.

This is for my Samsung Galaxy s6

Have you recently installed any new apps around the time this started happening?

Shot in the dark suggestions.

-Check accessibility settings. Always find some annoying things that accidentally gets checked there.

-Uninstall any recent apps around the time you started having this problem.

-Boot into recovery and wipe system cache. (Does not wipe any user data)

-Go to settings>system>storage>app cache>clear all.
