When my mobile hangs, why do I get an error message touch homewiz stopped?

my mobile always hanged and after few seconds a statement apears that touch homewiz stopped

what is this,why my mobile hanged,and say unfortunately touch home wiz stopped.what is the solution,my mobile is samsung GT-i8262

I'm not familiar with Samsungs, but if that is an app, try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to that app, and select Clear Cache.
