When phone rings, stops bluetooth speaker

Hi all, thanks for reading

Just trying to find out what setting will help hope you guys can help please.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. It is connected to Bose Bluetooth speaker.

When a call comes in it stops the music coming out for the speaker. I have adjusting the Bluetooth setting for that speaker to media only so the voice does come through my phone, but is it possible to have the music still playing while on a phone call?

I have never heard of that happening before. I am not sure it is a decision in software that limits background sounds when on a call.

I don't think you can , would have to choose one or the other .

To my knowledge Android only allows one audio channel at a time, I can't even use half my social media apps without my music stopping.
