When receiving an incoming call the screen stays locked and I'm unable to answer? What to do?

I have a Coolpad.Things were fine but now when I receive an incoming call the screen does nothing. Before when the screen was locked the screen would show an incoming call and I would swipe and answer.So now when I push the power button to unlock the screen I lose the call.I have tried looking in the settings and such but I have no idea how to fix this.Please help.
