When sound on, no vibrate...

I wish there was an option (I think it is available on ICS), that says, "If sound off, then vibrate only".

Meaning, I'd like apps like Twitter to ONLY vibrate when I have the device set to vibrate, i.e. DON'T vibrate when I have it set to sound...

I'd like if my device is on sound, then all apps etc use sound ONLY, and not vibrate and sound. Maybe I'm just weird.

What say you?

I still wish they had a sleep mode that all sounds are off except the phone ringer and the alarm clock.

I don't have GB on my device right now, but I could've sworn there was an option under vibrate that said something like vibrate on silent mode only? The problem was in some of the apps I used, the vibrate setting was dictated by the app, and not the system setting.
