When the wifi is on I can't receive any calls on my Samsung S7 Edge , why?

Can you tell me how you switched from 4G to 3G? I am having the same exact issue on my phone right now and have been dealing with Verizon on and off for a month. They have NOT been helpful at all in figuring out what is wrong and why I cannot receive calls while on wifi. What steps did you do?

Thank you for this info. I just bought my S7 edge from Middle East and now based in Asia. I am having the same issue with my phone and now it's working fine. Hopefully no more trouble with it in the future.
