When Verizon gets the HTC Incredible HD will you switch?

I wouldn't switch but I'm actually happy Verizon is getting a evo of sorts. Carrier exclusives need to stop. Everyone should get some of the evo goodness even if I hate the name Verizon chose.

I don't care if Verizon is getting the iPhone I won't switch. I love my Evo and Android. I've had iPhones for years and really think the iOS is dated and that is not likely going to change anytime soon.

Steve and Co is not going to mess with something that is working for them. Kudos to Apple for getting on with Verizon. I will not buy another iPhone 4 and I am glad to be rid of the one I had. You have to put a bumper or case on it in order to get a signal or if you hold it wrong you can't get a signal or use it.

As far as Verizon getting an Evo type phone yay for them. It's not the Evo that we have 4.3" screen et all.
I love my Evo 4G and Android and Sprint. I for one hope that Google really takes it to Apple this year with Android. Far better than iOS btw.

I'm on Verizon and definitely saving money compared to at&t (from my year and a half with my iPhone 3G and 3GS). Cdma allows carriers to have more promotions and better deals because it's actually cheaper to maintain. But I foresee vzw going nuts on rate hikes this next year. LTE will not be worth the cost and I will keep my unlimited 3G data plan as long as possible. Hopefully they won't force us to pay extra for 4G if we're not using it. I really need a better alternative to the D2, and the thunderbolt is looking pretty nice. Either that or the LG Optimus 2x. Moto is so tired and lame...

Helll NOOOOOOOOOOOOo switch to Verizon that's not a serious question is it. From Sprint to Verizon why pay more? if the Thunderbolt is equivalent to the Evo why would you? they don't have a better phone. If anything it would be T-Mobile for the Nexus S but even then Hell No! I'm a Sprint Android Evo fan all the way baby.

No thanks. Been with Sprint for almost 8 years, and they are WAY cheaper than Verizon. Don't care what phone VZW gets, I'll never switch.

No phone will ever be enough to get me to leave sprint. Dan Hess would have to rape my mother, and my father, before I'd even start to consider Verizon.

Like hatchettjack said, pick carrier first then the phone. I picked sprint for the killer data plans - price and unlimited bandwidth. VZ could come out with the Jesus phone tomorrow and I wouldn't switch.

That said, I don't see the Thunderbolt as much of an upgrade over the Evo.

Verizon is not for me. I am new to sprint and enjoying their awesome service. Verizon is expensive anyway.
