Re: 4.4.2

What service are you on? I'm on sprint and have yet to get an update. Still on 4.4 here. Pretty excited for 4.2. Heard everyone saying that its making their devices a lot snappier and responsive.

Re: 4.4.2

I got a second unlocked Moto X from Moto Maker last week and it updated to 4.4.2 as soon as I turned it on. The naming conventions aren't AT&T though, so I'm assuming it updated directly from Motorola.

ATT current status says 4.4 is current for motoX no 4.4.2 yet

Re: 4.4.2

Anyone have ntelos? It's a regional carrier on the east coast. I'm still stuck on 4.2.2, but was told we should be getting the upgrade "soon."

That would be great, along with some of the other bugs like the sharing bug getting fixed.

I have netelos also and was wondering if I should go ahead and use the Verizon upgrade that is available. Does anyone know if it will work for ntelos?

Soak for 4.4.2 just started today. Mostly bug fixes. I bet everyone has it by next week. Maybe sooner.

I keep asking ntelos when the update will be out, but so far no one an tell me. I haven't tried the Verizon update yet....not sure if it will work on ntelos....

So what is 4.4.2? What are we to gain?

Google Cloud Print will be added as a printer option (right now HP ePrint is the only option). I've heard it fixes the Google Now always listening (which worked in 4.2.2 and broke in 4.4). 4.4 has an Exchange email bug that is a huge issue for those that use Exchange at work and 4.4.2 fixes that. So, it is mostly bug fixes, but important bugs for those who use the affected services.
