When will I get Android Pay on my Note 3

I've read (unconfirmed) statements on other forums that swapping out the original Note 3 battery - which contains all the NFC hardware - with a newer Note 3 third-party battery that has current NFC hardware will enable Android Pay. Supposedly, the Anker Note 3 battery will do this as will a few others that advertise "Full NFC capability" or "Full NFC compatibility", but I have not confirmed it with my personal Note 3 phone.

I just spoke to Verizon. They stated it's a hardware issue but they are mailing me a free new updated sim card/with the new nfc requirements for tap and pay. The sim card is a combo sim/nfc and the note 3 released from Samsung does not have the new sim/nfc required chip. The tech support said once I install and active my new sim, google wallet (now android pay) should recognize it and tap and pay should function now as long as I'm on lollipop. So the hardware problem is the simcard. So call them up and ask for the new sim/nfc chip to be mailed. Is free of charge.

Very informative. Will try. Thanks :-)

I've just been told by a Google - lite that it's knox that's making my android pay not work. but tho the app is on my phone it's not actually running ( I don't think ) so I've disabled and force stopped it ( as it can't be uninstalled ) I really hope it's that simple. will try next time.
